# Create activation assets

> Generate outreach-ready content for your contacts.

**Activation assets** are AI-generated, outreach-ready outputs for your contacts — the content that
turns an enriched record into a message you can act on.

## Generate an asset

1. In **Contacts**, select the contacts you want to activate.
2. Choose **Generate activation assets** and configure the activation.
3. Map where the generated content should be written, review, and start the run.
4. When the run completes, the generated assets are written to your selected fields. Open
   **Enrichment runs** to follow its progress.

> Activation works best on **enriched** contacts — run [enrichment](https://docs.enrik.ai/run-enrichment.md) first so the AI
> has detail to work from.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Beta limitations.** Generation is metered and capped during the private beta and depends on your
> configured AI provider. Generated assets are drafts: review them before use. Enrik does not send
> messages.
