# Create your workspace

> Sign up, create a workspace, and invite teammates.

A **workspace** is your team's isolated space — every contact, company, ICP, and setting belongs to
exactly one workspace, and data never crosses between workspaces.

## Sign up

1. Open the app and, on the sign-in page, choose **Create one**.
2. Enter your name, work email, and a password, then choose **Create account**.
3. Your first workspace is created automatically. Once admitted to the private beta, you set up your company before entering the app.

> Verify your email when prompted — a banner at the top of the app links to resend the verification
> message.

## Set up your company

1. On the setup introduction, choose **I'm a person**. (To let an AI agent do the setup, choose
   **I'm an AI agent** and follow [agent setup](https://docs.enrik.ai/api-reference/agent-setup.md).)
2. Confirm your company website, or enter it. If Enrik can't read the website, you can choose
   **Describe it instead**.
3. Review the findings, edit the details, and choose **Confirm** to save your company profile.
4. On **We've got it from here**, choose **Continue**, then choose the setups you want Enrik to help
   with.
5. Answer the optional final questions and choose **Finish** or **Skip** to enter the app.

Your progress is saved. Returning to the app resumes the current setup stage. You can switch
workspaces or log out from the setup controls.

## Invite your team

1. Go to **Settings → Members**.
2. Invite a teammate by email and choose their role.
3. They accept the invite and join your workspace.

Roles control what a member can do: **owner** and **admin** manage settings, only the **owner**
manages billing, **member** does day-to-day work, and **viewer** has read-only access.

## Switch workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to change the
active one. The whole app re-scopes to the workspace you pick.
