# FAQ

> Common questions during the private beta.

## How do I get help? There's no chat widget.

Support chat is intentionally not part of the private beta. Email the team directly at
[support@enrik.ai](mailto:support@enrik.ai) — include your workspace name and a short
description of what you were doing. (You can also book time via your beta calendar invite if one was
shared with you.)

## Why is something rate-limited or capped?

Most actions — discovery, enrichment, exports, HubSpot sync, Assistant messages, workflow and agent
runs, and custom-API requests — are **metered and capped** during the private beta to keep the system
fair and reliable. When you hit a limit the action stops cleanly and tells you why, and any work it
already produced is kept.

## Why do AI features need setup?

AI features (ICP briefs, enrichment, activation assets, the Assistant, and agents) call a model
provider that an admin configures once under **Settings → Providers**. Without a provider configured,
those features can't run.

## Who can manage billing and settings?

**Owners** and **admins** manage workspace settings; only **owners** can change the plan or open the
billing portal. **Members** do day-to-day work and **viewers** are read-only. See

## Is my data shared between workspaces?

No. Every record is scoped to a single workspace and data never crosses between them. See

## Why doesn't the Assistant just do what I asked?

For your safety, the Assistant never performs a write without showing a confirmation card first.
Approve it and the action runs; otherwise nothing changes. See [Use the Assistant](https://docs.enrik.ai/use-copilot.md).

## A few features look unfinished.

Some advanced surfaces are still being polished during the private beta, and a few node/action types
are marked unsupported. Each page notes its own beta limitations. Tell us what you'd like prioritized
