# Review candidates

> Keep the good fits, reject the rest.

After a [source](https://docs.enrik.ai/create-a-source.md) runs, its candidate companies wait for review. Reviewing keeps
your company list clean: only the candidates you accept can become real records.

## Accept or reject candidates

1. Go to **Prospecting** and open the **Candidates** tab.
2. Open a candidate and decide: **Accept** the good fits or **Reject** the ones that don't match. To
   decide on several at once, select them and use the bulk actions.
3. Accepted candidates are ready to [add to Companies](https://docs.enrik.ai/promote-companies.md).

> Use the candidate's surfaced details to judge fit against your ICP before accepting — it saves
> cleanup later.

## Review queues

**Review** groups candidates and companies into queues so your team can assign work, track decisions
and leave comments. Open a queue and an item, choose **Start review**, then **Approve**, **Needs more
info** or **Reject** with a reason. A queue decision records the review; to add a candidate to
Companies, accept it in **Prospecting**.

> **Beta limitations.** Review queues are still being expanded during the beta. The accept / reject
> flow itself is stable.
