Billing is managed per workspace under Settings → Billing. Only a workspace owner can change the plan or open the billing portal; admins see billing read-only.

Plans

The billing page shows your current plan with a status badge, plus the available plans:
  • Free — the baseline.
  • Starter and Pro — self-serve, billed monthly. Choose one to start checkout.
  • Business — not self-serve; use Contact sales to reach the team.

The free trial

Paid plans include a 14-day trial. During the trial your status badge reads Trialing and the trial end date is shown on the current-plan card.

Failed payments and the grace period

If a renewal payment fails, your workspace enters a 7-day grace period: your current plan’s features stay available, and the page shows a Past due (grace period) badge with the date the grace ends. After grace ends, the workspace falls back to free-tier limits until payment is updated.

Manage your subscription

Owners click Manage billing to open Stripe’s hosted customer portal, where payment methods and invoices live. Enrik never stores or displays your card details.
Beta limitations. Billing is live but plan limits are tighter during the private beta. For anything billing-related, email support@enrik.ai.
