Workflows let you automate sequences of actions on a visual canvas — chain together the steps you otherwise do by hand, and run them on demand.

Build a workflow

  1. Go to Workflows, choose New workflow, name it, and choose Create workflow.
  2. On the canvas, add a trigger, conditions and actions from the palette and connect them in order.
  3. Choose Save, then Publish. A workflow can run only once a version is published.

Run a workflow

On the workflow’s page, choose Run and enter the IDs of the records to run it on. Runs are processed asynchronously in the background; open Runs to track each run’s status and results.
Beta limitations. Workflow runs are metered and capped during the private beta. The set of available actions and trigger types is expanding — event triggers and a few node types are not yet supported and are disabled in the palette.
