Sent to each active subscription for companySignal.created once a new signal is applied to a company. The POST is signed with X-Enrik-Signature: t=<unix seconds>,v1=<hex HMAC-SHA256 of "<t>.<raw body>"> under the destination’s signing secret, with a fresh t on every attempt. Answer 2xx within 10 seconds. Delivery is at least once and unordered: deduplicate by id, and read the record for its current state. Up to 8 attempts over about 45 hours, within a 72-hour window.
