Sent once to the subscription’s URL by POST /v1/webhook-subscriptions/{id}/test, with the headers and the signature of every event: X-Enrik-Signature: t=<unix seconds>,v1=<hex HMAC-SHA256 of "<t>.<raw body>"> under the destination’s signing secret. One attempt, no retry: the test answers the receiver’s status and how long it took. Answer 2xx within 10 seconds. A subscription never receives it otherwise, and nothing about it is stored.

Response
Answer any 2xx within 10 seconds to acknowledge the event. Anything else, a timeout or a redirect is a failed attempt.
